While I am posting this, Sandra and Matthias are basically enjoying their early honeymoon. Both love travelling and so they decided to take some time off work and go off to explore the world for a few months. I admit that I’m a little envious but at the same time I’m very happy for them and can’t wait to hear all their stories once they come back :) After all, travelling is one of the best things to invest in in my opinion.

Sandra and Matthias opted to do their engagement shoot before leaving on their trip so we met up on a Monday in September. We managed to pick a wonderful day with a gorgeous sunset and the gorgeous couple introduced me to the beautiful Türler lake (Türlersee) close to where Sandra had grown up. The lake is actually not too far away from where I live yet I had never heard about it before. But I immedeatly took a liking to this astonishing spot. Maybe part of it was the incredibly fun shoot we had, maybe it was also thanks to the Alphorn-player that sounded his calming tones when I arrived. It couldn’t have been more idyllic.

Sandra and Matthias were such fun to shoot! They were absolutely relaxed and up for all my crazy ideas :) We explored different parts of the shore, laughed a ton and even ended up spotting a swan (or did we, Matthias?!) It might have been my first time to the Türlersee but it most definitely wasn’t the last. Such a gorgeous place!
